A Community of Faith Seeking Understanding

What to Expect

Your First Sunday

Sunday School and worship each last about one hour. Our service is traditional in style, with Scripture-centered teaching, prayer, and congregational singing.

Come as You Are

Dress is business casual—clean, comfortable clothes are welcome.

Many men wear collared shirts and many women wear dresses, but there are no tight rules.

A Warm Welcome, No Pressure

First-time guests are welcomed publicly, but you will never be required to stand, introduce yourself, or say anything.

Park in the first open space and enter through the front entrance or the entrance on the parking-lot side. A children’s class is available for kids under 12.

Plan Your Visit

Let us know you are coming and what would help you feel prepared.

Pastor Elijah will be glad to welcome you.

A Free, Easy-to-read, and Actionable Guide to God's Word

There are no shortcuts to understanding.

But there is a Helper available!

Build Understanding

You can't make a decision with information you don't have.

Become More Like Christ

Knowing is the first step in becoming.

That's why He wrote us a book!

Take Action for The Kingdom

If you haven't heard from your Maker, how could you understand your purpose?

How we do church:

We believe that worship is an offering to be made for God, not a social event to be optimized for social media.

We sing hymns, old an contemporary, as well as select modern worship songs.

Scripture must be understood with reference to its historical, literary, and grammatical context.

Our pastor explains what the Scripture meant for the original audience for whom it was written and how we ought to live because of it today.

Any honest church will tell you that every member is a sinner.

Despite our imperfections and struggles, we care for one another through health, sickness, prosperity, and poverty.

Family is something God makes.

He has done it here.

We're excited to meet you!

Your life could change in the best ways at this church, but it will never happen if you never come.
